1. What is the difference between the products?

Brainvine Marketing Suite is our accessible tool for marketers. Brainvine Feeds is an advanced product when you want to optimize huge amounts of data in bulk.

2. Can I change my subscription in the meantime?

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. You are not committed to anything and can therefore make flexible use of the options we offer.

3. What happens if I cancel my subscription?

For Brainvine Marketing Suite, once you have taken out a subscription, you can cancel it on your profile page with a single click of a button. You can then still use your credits until the end of the paid period. You can restart your subscription afterwards with a single press of a button.

For Brainvine Feeds we apply a notice period of at least 30 days. After that, you will no longer have access to this platform and the feed will no longer work.

4. How does the Brainvine credit system work?

At Brainvine Marketing Suite, the credit system is simple. Each package you choose contains a certain number of credits. These credits are reset with each new payment period, so you always start with the full amount. Using our tools or getting an answer from our AI assistant costs you one credit per time. This means you always have a clear overview of your credit consumption and you know exactly where you stand.

Brainvine Feeds works differently. You pay us a monthly base fee and receive a credit with which you can generate items. In addition to your credit, you pay a small amount per 1000 words. These are your usage costs.
