What are you going to do?

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of Brainvine for our customers. You ensure that their journey with us goes smoothly from day one:

  • You guide new clients during their onboarding in the Marketing Suite and Brainvine Feeds.

  • You organize their environments and guide them step by step, so they can get started quickly.

  • You build strong relationships and ensure that customers make progress with our tools.

  • You coach clients in providing input and ensure that this happens in a timely manner.

  • You are their first point of contact and signal opportunities for further collaboration.

  • You work intensively with cutting-edge AI tools and continuously develop your expertise.

What are we looking for?

  • You are a natural communicator who genuinely thrives on customer contact.

  • You build strong relationships and ensure that customers make progress with our tools.

  • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to take the lead in client projects.

  • You are eager to learn and want to develop yourself in the newest AI tools.

  • Experience in customer success or account management is a nice bonus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn weigh more.
